Weekly Rentals
- June 15 -October 31, 2012 - Weekly rate $1365 plus 6% sales tax.
- 4 persons ( each additional person $105, seven person maximum)
- Includes Bed linens, blankets, towels (beach towels not provided)
- Basic supplies: toilet tissue, soaps, Kleenex, etc.
- Check In 3 PM Check Out 12 Noon following week
- One half of Reservation Fee due upon booking. Balance and a $250 Security Deposit (refunded within one week of departure) due upon arrival.
- Cancellation Policy. Cancellations must be made at least four weeks before the date of arrival for a refund of the deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee.
- If cancellation is made after the four week time frame, the deposit is forfeited.
- Pets may be allowed by special arrangement ($60 per pet)
- No smoking or candles inside dwelling
- Payment by Check Preferred
- Breakfast is not included unless by special arrangement.
If you wish to supply your own linens, towels, paper products deduct $200 from weekly rate.
Daily Rates (when available)
- 2 day minimum - $225 per day plus tax.
- 3 days to 6 days - $210 per day plus tax.
- 4 persons (each additional person/2 days $30 per day/3-6 days $25 per day)
