* 2 day minimum stay on Weekends and Holidays. However, if a room has been booked for a Thurs-Fri or a Sat-Sun, it is possible that a single Friday or Saturday would be available. Please check.

Hyphonated figures designate weekend (Fri.,Sat.) and week day rates except July and August when weekday rates are the same as weekends.

Policies

Check in from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. unless by prior arrangement. Check out by 11 a.m. Two night minimum stay required on weekends and holidays from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend.
Smoking permitted on outside decks only.
The "Junction" is not equipped to accommodate pets. (The Chickaee Guesthouse does allow well trained pets)
Personal checks, travelers checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted. Add 6% state tax.
A 50% deposit of the total reservation is required at the time of your reservation. Cancellations require a 14 day notice for return of your deposit. A cancellation 24 hours before the date of your arrival makes you responsible for the full amount unless we are able to rebook the room which we make every effort to do. All cancellations are subject to a $20 processing fee.

Group Functions
